If you are looking for a change and don't know where to start, a Health Coach might be just what you need. I will guide you to take charge of your health, stay motivated, and inspired. I will help you feel your best through food and lifestyle changes and personalized one-on-one encouragement.
Through my health journey, and continual education I have a supply of resources including a community of Holistic Health Practitioners that you can access. With me as your guide, we will look at all aspects of your life and together decide which areas need some care and guidance to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
Our first step will be to arrange a complimentary discovery phone session. This is an exploratory call to decide if we meet each other's expectations in order to move forward with a paid session. This will also be your opportunity to ask me questions about what to expect during the coaching sessions.
The next step would be to schedule your introductory session. An email with a detailed wellness history form will be sent for you to complete and return before this session to review your daily routine, food intake, and family history.
In your 75 minute introductory session, we will dive in and analyze your day and the areas of your life where the blocks and self-sabotaging behavior lies. During each session, we will target a couple of areas to tackle so that we can pivot and break the poor habits and mindset.
Our regular scheduled sessions will be 45 minutes long. At each session, we will check in on how your previous weeks have been, discuss what worked what didn't, re-evaluate and tweak the action plan towards our goals. At the end of each session, there will be a cohesive plan we both agree on to keep you progressing on your health journey.
Sessions are via Zoom video conferencing. After each session, you will receive an email from me with notes and any action items we discussed. You’ll be able to email me in between sessions for with any questions and support.
